In Therapeutic cooking sessions, I use cooking as a tool alongside coaching for all
kinds of life’s problems. It helps relieve stress, allow you think more clearly,
and assist in discovering the answers you seek or give you a new slant to your life.
I give talks on how we make sense of the world and how cooking evokes memories. My
